Today the centralized, scale food manufacturing system that feeds the world also allows for a single contamination point to reach a previously unprecedented number of people compared to any point in history. 

 

Each year preventable, microbial food-borne contaminants lead to hundreds of product recalls, thousands of deaths and tens of thousands if illnesses costing hundreds of billions in healthcare costs in the United States alone. Current industry solutions often involve extensive use of caustic or toxic chemicals in a processing plant, risking the health of workers and cross contamination with the food these chemicals are meant to protect.  

 

At Cure Food Safety, we aim to better protect people without resorting to increasingly high amounts of chemicals. We offer a way to remove the pathogens that cause food-borne illness before a contamination can spread. Our approach is scientifically designed, all-natural, and 100% safe for consumers and the environment
